It’s starting to feel like fall with cool dry mornings. This is perfect hiking weather… looking forward to September and October.

On the trail we passed a small pond and heard the soothing forest sound of what one would expect after a night of rain. With every light breeze, it sounded like we were having a light rain shower. We also came across some wild Concord grapes and took the opportunity to taste this snack nature has provided. We forgot to take a picture of the vine, so we took a picture of the last grape.
